Someone once asked me how did you think of so many stories to write? The writing process is tough to explain. Sometimes it's just a joke that won't let you go and demands to become a story. Sometimes you wake up and it's all there out of nowhere. And sometimes it's something locked deep inside of you, a piece of your life or history, and it jumps up and says write me so you can make it go away. I never know when there is going to be a story; it comes from nowhere and then it's there.
7 days ago I posted a blurb to tease my princess daughter: writing a story about a super achieving California girl who marries a dog trainer and moves to the middle of nowhere, and darn if 7 days later it isn't actually a novella. It was just my quirky sense of humor, me being irritating mom, but it flowed really well onto paper, I couldn't stop it and I like it. So I've now officially completed 26 books 2 novellas.
