For all of you who sent me emails and notes, thank you so much. They were wonderful to receive while I worried through release week multi-tasking as an official grandmother. This third book,,.OY...will my readers finally get angry with me?
Having a love triangle in the second book and showing Chrissie as a reflection, her flaws and imperfections, of the men she loved was a challenge. I was so relieved that so many readers liked Neil. I like Neil. He isn't perfect, but he's real. One of my favorite readers wrote: "SHOCKED when Neil came on the scene. but Susan Ward made him so hot. i kinda fell for him too. i'm just a soft touch for tortured-artist musicians, i guess. review to come..."
But Book 3 I'm drifting into some dangerous territory. My greatest hope is that I do it well and you enjoy it. And this book is definitely an intense, raw, wild ride as we learn a few things about all my characters that you all don't know yet. So back to work writing. Hopefully releasing April 26th. And I may have my 3rd Affair without End book out in March. I wrote half of it at the Omni Hotel in Indy while I was visiting my grandson and daughter.
Oh, and stop asking me what happens. The only clue you'll get from me is, have your ever heard the song Diamonds and Rust. It's not going to help you figure out my fictional world...or will it? I'll never tell...
As ever I wish you Peace.
